Alvarez & Marsal has appointed Jen Holland and Liz Pearson as managing directors to co-lead and expand its U.S. Commercial Due Diligence practice, strengthening support for private equity and corporate clients.
Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Jennifer Holland and Elizabeth Pearson as managing directors to co-lead and expand its U.S. Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) practice. Both join from Bain & Company, where they held partner positions.
Holland and Pearson bring nearly two decades of experience in commercial strategy, growth acceleration, and diligence execution. Under their leadership, A&M aims to deliver integrated, execution-oriented insights that connect pre-deal underwriting with post-close performance improvement for private equity and corporate clients.
The expanded CDD practice integrates commercial, financial, tax, IT, HR, operational, insurance, and digital and AI diligence into a coordinated approach. This is intended to provide investors with a comprehensive view of risks and opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle.
A&M co-founder Tony Alvarez II stated that clients require integrated perspectives connecting strategy to execution. He noted that Holland and Pearson will strengthen the firm's global platform with deep commercial insight and operational expertise, aligning with A&M's owner-operator mentality.
