Alvotech and JAMP Pharma form new partnership for Canadian market
Alvotech and Canadian JAMP Pharma have entered into an agreement for an exclusive partnership to supply and commercialize five biosimilar candidates in Canada. The estimated annual sales for these biosimilars exceed $2 billion.

Alvotech and Canadian JAMP Pharma have signed an agreement granting JAMP Pharma exclusive rights to commercialize five of Alvotech's biosimilar candidates in the Canadian market. The combined annual branded sales of these biosimilars are estimated to exceed $2 billion.
Under the terms of the agreement, Alvotech will be responsible for the full development and commercial supply of the biosimilars from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Iceland. JAMP Pharma will leverage its strong sales and marketing capabilities and experience in successfully bringing new biosimilars to the fast-growing Canadian market.
Alvotech's initial pipeline includes several biosimilar monoclonal antibodies and fusion proteins targeting severe immune and inflammatory conditions, oncology, and ophthalmology. The company aims to improve patient access and quality of life globally.
Alvotech CEO Mark Levick stated his pride in the partnership with JAMP. "Our goal is to provide patients with access to high-quality biosimilar medicines," Levick said.
