Amadeus and KPMG integrate travel management with regulatory compliance
Amadeus and KPMG have partnered to automate the tracking of visas, tax obligations, and work permits within business travel booking workflows.

Travel technology firm Amadeus and advisory group KPMG have launched a collaborative platform aimed at streamlining compliance for business travelers. By integrating Amadeus’s cytric Travel & Expense software with KPMG’s LINK Business Traveller tool, the companies intend to automate the identification of regulatory requirements at the point of booking.
The partnership allows corporate travel data to flow between the two systems, enabling real-time assessments regarding visa needs, work permits, and tax reporting. This process replaces manual verification steps, which have historically created administrative hurdles for corporations managing a globally mobile workforce.
KPMG and Amadeus noted that the integration addresses the increasing complexity of international travel regulations. The solution is currently being rolled out to existing clients of both firms, with the primary objective of reducing travel friction while ensuring organizational compliance with various international legal frameworks.
