Amadeus and Tata Consultancy Services form global strategic partnership
Travel technology company Amadeus has signed a global strategic partnership agreement with IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services. The collaboration aims to accelerate transformation within the travel industry, with the first focus on developing the customer service interface for Amadeus Nevio.

Amadeus IT Group has announced a global strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a major IT services and consulting firm. The agreement is designed to speed up technological transformations across the travel sector, impacting areas such as airlines, hospitality, airports, payments, and distribution.
Initially, TCS will support the implementation of the Amadeus Nevio system, specifically by developing the customer service interface for the Nevio Service Center solution. This interface, built on Nevio APIs, aims to enhance airline customer service by leveraging AI to improve first-contact resolution times, reduce handling times, and lower service costs, while keeping human decision-making central.
TCS may also offer customization services for the Nevio Service Center and provide support for Nevio project implementation, testing, and other delivery aspects. Amadeus anticipates the partnership will expand over time to cover additional business areas, focusing on cloud-based and data-driven capabilities and promoting the responsible adoption of AI.
The companies expect this collaboration to accelerate development, enable large-scale integration, and globally improve the travel experience. They emphasize the partnership's role in reshaping the travel industry into scalable and intelligent solutions that facilitate personalized traveler experiences.
