Amadeus enhances hospitality software with AI

Amadeus IT Group announced on June 17, 2025, that it is enhancing its Demand360 and MeetingBroker hospitality solutions with artificial intelligence capabilities. The company is partnering with Microsoft and leveraging OpenAI models on Azure to develop these new AI tools.

The Demand360 data product will feature Amadeus Advisor chat, a generative AI chatbot. This feature will allow hoteliers to ask complex questions and receive instant, customized analysis and insights. Demand360 provides market data from 44,000 hotels and 35 million short-term rental properties, offering up to a 12-month forward-looking view of occupancy and market ranking.

Within MeetingBroker, a new AI enhancement called "Email to RFP" will enable hotels to automatically generate contextual, property-specific responses to incoming request for proposal (RFP) emails. This functionality is designed to process RFPs and create accurate replies by accessing relevant information from trusted sources.

Amadeus plans to introduce individual AI agents for each of its products and is also developing agents that can query multiple data sources. The company believes AI will significantly improve efficiency and deliver greater value across the travel and hospitality sectors.
