Amadeus, with nearly 40 years of operation as a trusted system of record in travel, processes millions of data points daily, including offers, orders, and passenger information. This foundational data reliability is crucial for ensuring new AI assistants and automation tools can function safely and effectively.
The company has established a robust framework for responsible AI governance to coordinate all related activities. This framework ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical considerations, enabling AI integration with integrity and assurance.
