Amadeus Live Travel Community reaches 50,000 members globally

Amadeus IT Group's Amadeus Live Travel Community, an online forum for travel industry professionals, has surpassed 50,000 registered members. Launched in late 2018, the platform facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration among users worldwide. Currently, more than 400 members engage with the forum daily, accessing information across 11 languages.

The Amadeus Live Travel Community is available free of charge to all travel industry professionals, not exclusively Amadeus customers. Its purpose is to provide peer-to-peer support, enable expertise exchange, and foster connections within the travel sector. The forum also serves as a crucial channel for Amadeus to gather customer feedback and inform product development.

Users can post questions, provide answers, comment, and vote on discussions. Amadeus recognizes member expertise through online certifications. For the first time, the company is establishing a group of brand advocates through the community, who will be invited to participate in product reviews and industry panels.

As part of its digitalization strategy, Amadeus aims to offer its partners a continuously accessible channel for support and knowledge exchange. Future plans for the forum include the addition of new features, such as expert groups and enhanced machine translation capabilities.
