Amadeus to Deploy Cloud-based Reservation System for Marriott International
Amadeus IT Group has announced a deal with Marriott International to deploy its cloud-based Central Reservations System (ACRS). The new system is set to replace Marriott's proprietary reservation infrastructure.

Madrid – Amadeus IT Group announced an agreement with Marriott International to deploy the Amadeus Central Reservations System (ACRS). The cloud-based solution will replace Marriott's existing proprietary reservation infrastructure over the coming years.
The implementation aims to enhance Marriott's travel offerings and increase guest personalization. The ACRS will provide greater flexibility for travelers in choosing room attributes and purchasing ancillary products like spa or golf services during booking.
The ACRS is designed to support enterprise hotel companies by integrating with existing ecosystems, including property management systems, loyalty programs, and revenue management systems. Its cloud architecture is intended to deliver high availability and fast response times, streamlining IT complexity.
Amadeus stated that the platform will empower customers to meet evolving traveler expectations and gain consolidated data views for strategic decision-making. Marriott anticipates the system will make its offerings more readily available and allow customers greater choice in personalizing their bookings.
