Amadeus IT Group has reported significant volunteer engagement through its Tech4Impact initiative. Concluding in December 2025, the program saw 365 Amadeus employees dedicate their technology skills to aid over 22 non-profit organizations across 27 projects worldwide.

The initiative focused on leveraging Amadeus employees' expertise in the travel and technology sectors. Beneficiary organizations spanned fields such as sustainable travel, environmental impact, digital inclusion, education, crisis response, and employability.

Projects included developing platforms for France-based Travel With A Mission, creating a Generative AI tool for India's GiftAbled Foundation to assist children with disabilities, and improving the website and adding a donation feature for Colombia's Inspiring Girls.

The Amadeus Tech4Impact initiative brought together engineers and technology specialists to help organizations address technical challenges, with Tech To The Rescue serving as a partner for identifying suitable non-profits. The company highlighted that the program substantially strengthened these organizations' capacities by providing high-quality digital solutions and technical expertise.
