Amagi reports significant profit growth in Q2 fiscal results
Media SaaS provider Amagi saw its net profit surge to ₹74.8 crore in the September quarter, driven by revenue growth that outpaced operational expenses.

Amagi, a cloud software provider for media production and distribution, reported a net profit of ₹74.8 crore for the quarter ending September (Q2 FY27). This represents a substantial increase from the ₹2.5 crore profit recorded in the same period last year.
Operating revenue reached ₹475.8 crore, marking a 27% increase compared to the previous year. While total income rose, the company maintained disciplined spending, with total expenses increasing by only 9% to ₹419.3 crore. This operational efficiency contributed to a sequential profit growth of 120.7% over the June quarter.
Alongside the financial disclosure, the company board confirmed two key appointments. Bhaskar Ghosh, the former chief strategy officer at Accenture, joins as a non-executive independent director, while CTO Srividhya Srinivasan has been appointed as a whole-time director.
