The company intends to rectify this default by holding an AGM in late September 2026.
This governance update follows the company's May 19 announcement regarding the termination of its proposed business combination with Flight Food & Beverage Partners Inc. Amaya is now actively exploring acquisition opportunities as it works toward completing its qualifying transaction.
