Amazon Drivers and Union Leaders Rally for Delivery Protection Act

Hundreds of Amazon delivery drivers, accompanied by Teamsters General President Sean M. O'Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman, rallied on Monday. The demonstration urged the city council to pass new logistics legislation known as the Delivery Protection Act.

The participants gathered in Acton to voice concerns over working conditions and advocate for the passage of the act, which aims to provide enhanced protections for drivers. The Teamsters union has been actively campaigning for improved worker rights within the logistics sector.
