Amazon Updates Fire HD 10 Tablet with Increased RAM
Amazon has quietly updated its 2023 Fire HD 10 tablet. The 32GB model now comes with 4GB of RAM, up from 3GB, with a corresponding price increase.

Amazon has introduced minor updates to its 2023 Fire HD 10 tablet. The most notable change is that the 32GB storage version now comes equipped with 4GB of RAM, an increase from the 3GB included in earlier models.
This upgrade comes with a price adjustment for the 32GB model, rising from $139.99 to $154.99. The most recent addition to Amazon's budget-friendly tablet lineup was the Fire HD 8, which launched in 2024.
The 64GB version of the Fire HD 10 continues to be offered with 3GB of RAM. Other specifications for both tablets remain consistent, featuring a 10.1-inch display with a 1920 x 1200 resolution, a 2GHz octa-core processor, a battery life of up to 13 hours, and expandable storage via a microSD card.
The update aims to enhance the overall performance of the entry-level Fire HD 10 model, potentially allowing for smoother multitasking and application performance. However, these changes are limited and solely affect the RAM capacity.
