The initiative focuses on moving beyond small-scale prototypes to production-grade systems capable of running on hundreds of edge devices simultaneously.
The project utilizes Galeo Tech’s industrial data integration capabilities to bridge the gap between operational machinery and cloud-based machine learning pipelines. By creating robust MLOps workflows, the partners aim to streamline the process of pushing model updates and monitoring performance across remote industrial hardware.
To ensure these systems remain cost-effective at scale, the collaboration integrates Multiverse Computing's CompactifAI toolset. This software compresses complex models, allowing them to operate on edge hardware with limited computing resources. The effort highlights the increasing industry focus on making real-world AI deployment both scalable and maintainable.
