Ambea Appoints Nomination Committee for 2027 Annual General Meeting

Ambea AB has confirmed the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 annual general meeting. The committee will be chaired by Oscar Bergman, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder AB.

Rounding out the committee are Fredrik Strömholm of Impilo Care AB, Niclas Röken of Alcur Fonder AB, and Ambea Board Chair Yrjö Närhinen. The committee is tasked with drafting proposals for the upcoming general meeting, focusing on board appointments and remuneration.
