American Express and Accor Expand Global Membership Partnership

American Express and ALL Accor, Accor's customer loyalty program, have launched a new worldwide partnership aimed at increasing the value proposition for their respective members. The collaboration, set to begin rolling out in 2026 across 12 countries, will introduce elite status matching and a new option for eligible American Express Card Members to transfer their Membership Rewards points to the ALL Accor program.

The partnership encompasses Accor's portfolio of over 45 brands globally, including properties under names like Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. Its primary objective is to elevate the travel journey for customers, from the initial booking and planning stages to on-property recognition and rewards.

Specifically, eligible American Express Consumer, Small Business, and Corporate Platinum® Card Members will be able to match their existing American Express status to an equivalent tier within ALL Accor, such as Gold status. This tier offers benefits including complimentary Wi-Fi, welcome amenities, and late check-out at participating Accor hotels.

Furthermore, the partnership provides a new avenue for Membership Rewards points redemption. Eligible Card Members can now transfer their points to the ALL Accor loyalty program, offering greater flexibility for utilizing rewards across Accor's extensive global network of hotels, dining, and experiences.

Suzanne Morel, Senior Vice President at American Express, stated the collaboration aims to deliver premium travel value and meaningful rewards. Mehdi Hemici, Chief Loyalty & E-Commerce Officer at Accor, noted the alignment between American Express' premium customer base and Accor's luxury offerings, anticipating enhanced and personalized guest experiences.
