American Global Strategies and Julie Bishop & Partners Form Strategic Alliance
U.S.-based American Global Strategies LLC and Australia's Julie Bishop & Partners have announced a strategic alliance. The partnership aims to provide geopolitical advisory services to senior corporate leaders.

Washington D.C. and Perth, Australia – American Global Strategies LLC (AGS), a U.S.-based geopolitical advisory firm, and Australia's Julie Bishop & Partners (JBP) have announced a strategic alliance. This collaboration combines the firms' expertise in geopolitical advisory, government policy, international business, and strategic engagement across the United States, Australia, and the broader Indo-Pacific region.
The alliance will offer senior corporate leaders strategic guidance as geopolitical developments, national security priorities, government policy, and investment considerations increasingly shape business decisions in the region. The firms will leverage their respective experiences and regional perspectives, particularly for companies operating in strategically important sectors such as mining and critical minerals, energy, defense, and technology.
AGS was co-founded by former U.S. National Security Advisor Robert C. O'Brien and Alexander B. Gray, former Chief of Staff of the White House National Security Council. JBP was founded by Julie Bishop, who served as Australia's Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2018. Their alliance reflects the growing importance of the U.S.-Australia relationship for companies operating in the Indo-Pacific.
The partnership aims to provide clients with enhanced understanding and guidance for decision-making in an environment where policy decisions in Washington and Canberra increasingly affect investments, supply chains, critical minerals, emerging technologies, and energy and defense priorities. Both AGS and JBP anticipate that the collaboration will offer clients solutions to current challenges and a deeper insight into the forces shaping the Indo-Pacific region.
