American Industrial Partners Buys Honeywell's Warehouse and Workflow Solutions Business

NEW YORK – American Industrial Partners (AIP), an industrials investor, announced the completion of its acquisition of Intelligrated from Honeywell Technologies. AIP plans to combine Intelligrated, including its Transnorm business, with Trew to form a consolidated warehouse automation platform.

Intelligrated provides material handling and warehouse automation solutions, offering integrated systems such as sortation, conveyor, palletizing, and robotics technologies, supported by software and aftermarket services. The company employs over 3,300 individuals.

AIP's acquisition builds on its existing investment in Trew, a U.S.-based manufacturer and integrator of automated material handling systems and software. By merging Intelligrated, Trew, and Transnorm, AIP aims to create a comprehensive offering across warehouse automation and material handling.

"We are pleased to officially welcome Intelligrated to the AIP portfolio and to begin the next chapter for Intelligrated, Trew and Transnorm," said Murray Grainger, Partner at AIP. "We believe bringing these platforms together creates a differentiated opportunity to serve customers across the material handling and warehouse automation markets."

Alfred Rebello, CEO of the combined platform, stated that the focus will be on merging the strengths of each organization to deliver enhanced capabilities and greater value to customers, creating a more focused and agile entity.
