American Outdoor Brands Approves $10 Million Share Repurchase Program
American Outdoor Brands' Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program for up to $10 million of the company's common stock. The program will run from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.

Columbia, Mo. – American Outdoor Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select: AOUT) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program. The program authorizes the repurchase of up to $10 million of the company's outstanding common stock and will commence on October 1, 2026, concluding on September 30, 2027.
This new authorization follows a previous $10 million share repurchase program initiated in 2025. As of September 30, 2026, the company had repurchased 236,907 shares under that program at an average price of $8.15 per share, totaling approximately $1.9 million.
President and Chief Executive Officer Brian Murphy stated that the board's decision reflects continued confidence in the company's strategy and long-term opportunities. He noted that the company's strong, debt-free balance sheet provides flexibility for investments in growth and for returning capital to stockholders.
Repurchases may occur on the open market, in block trades, or through privately negotiated transactions. The timing and amount of shares repurchased will be determined by management based on market conditions, the company's capital position, and other factors. The program does not obligate the company to acquire any specific number of shares and may be discontinued at any time.
