Americas Cardroom Launches $6.5 Million in Dual PKO Tournaments
Americas Cardroom will launch its Dual Venom PKO tournaments on Sunday, October 4, with $6.5 million guaranteed. The events feature both No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha formats.

Online poker platform Americas Cardroom is launching its Dual Venom PKO (Progressive Knockout) tournament series on Sunday, October 4, featuring a combined guaranteed prize pool of $6.5 million. The series includes two main events: a $5 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold'em PKO and a $1.5 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha PKO.
Both tournaments carry a $2,650 buy-in and are scheduled to begin at 1:05 p.m. ET. The $1.5 million guarantee for the Pot-Limit Omaha event matches the largest guarantee Americas Cardroom has previously offered for a PLO PKO tournament. Players compete for tournament winnings and also collect bounties for eliminating opponents, with individual NLH bounties potentially reaching tens of thousands of dollars.
Five Day 1 flights are scheduled for each tournament on October 4, 8, 11, 15, and 18, all starting at 1:05 p.m. ET. Day 2 will take place on Monday, October 19, with both final tables set for Wednesday, October 21. Additionally, the Ladies Online Championship, with a $215 buy-in and a $25,000 guarantee, will run on Sunday.
Venom Fever satellites are running through October 18, offering players opportunities to qualify for lower stakes, starting from as little as $0.80 for Survivor Flips Step Satellites. Players can also qualify for the Ladies Online Championship through two separate satellite tournaments.
