Americas Cardroom Releases Documentary on Chance Kornuth's WSOP Poker Event
Americas Cardroom has released a documentary following poker pro Chance Kornuth at the 2026 World Series of Poker. The film features tournament footage and Kornuth's hand analysis.
Online poker company Americas Cardroom has released a new documentary focusing on ACR Poker Pro Chance Kornuth's participation in the $50,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller event at the 2026 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. The film combines tournament footage with Kornuth's personal analysis of challenging hands and discussions about the game.
The tournament, WSOP Event #55, drew 110 entries and generated a prize pool of $5.225 million. Kornuth recounts in the documentary his comeback from being down to a single chip to reaching over 900,000 chips at one point. He also reviews his two tournament entries and analyzes the impact of aggressive betting.
The documentary also includes discussions between Kornuth and other players regarding late registration and re-entries. They consider whether limiting the time for initial entries while allowing early participants to re-enter could improve the experience for recreational players.
Kornuth, a four-time WSOP bracelet winner, joined the ACR Poker Pro team in May 2026. Beyond his WSOP performance, the documentary offers a glimpse into the decisions and personalities involved in high-stakes poker. The film is available on ACR Poker's YouTube channel.
