Americas Cardroom to Host Satellites for Moneymaker Tour Aruba

Americas Cardroom will launch satellites this Sunday, July 12, providing poker players with a chance to qualify for the $400,000 Guaranteed Moneymaker Poker Tour Main Event in Aruba this September.

The promotion features two "Beast" satellites. Each satellite will award 10 prize packages, guaranteeing a total of 20 packages worth $100,000 across the promotion.

Each prize package is valued at $5,000 and includes a $1,700 Main Event entry fee, a five-night stay at the TRYP by Wyndham Aruba from September 23 to 28, $1,000 for airfare, and $1,000 in spending money.

Players can also qualify for free by ranking high on The Beast weekly leaderboard. The first satellite is scheduled for July 12, with a second on July 19. Both satellites have a $95 buy-in. Chris Moneymaker, the 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event champion and an Americas Cardroom Pro, is a key figure behind the tour.
