Amex Exploration Inc., trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, is moving its Perron project toward commercial production. Located within the Abitibi greenstone belt in Quebec, the property is currently transitioning from advanced exploration to a development-ready stage, supported by a recent feasibility study.

The project features a resource base containing 1.615 million ounces of measured and indicated gold at an average grade of 6.14 grams per tonne, alongside 698,000 ounces of inferred resources at 4.31 grams per tonne. Management has highlighted the project's low anticipated capital expenditure as a key factor for its potential economic viability.

Recent operations have focused on resource conversion and the discovery of new mineralization zones, such as the Rosé zone, discovered approximately 165 meters below existing targets. Having secured funding for a bulk sampling program, Amex is now working to validate its geological models to expedite the path to production in a region historically productive for gold mining.
