CALDWELL, Idaho – American Food Equipment Company (AMFEC) and German food processing machinery manufacturer Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG (Seydelmann) are deepening their strategic partnership, with Seydelmann acquiring a 50% stake in AMFEC. The investment aims to expand joint activities in semi- and fully automated production lines for the food industry in North America.
AMFEC will continue its production operations in Caldwell, Idaho. The strengthened collaboration builds upon decades of trusting business relationships and technical exchange between the companies. This move is seen as a logical step to combine their respective expertise and enhance the comprehensive offering to customers.
