Ampace showcases lithium battery solutions for electric two-wheelers at EICMA
Battery technology firm Ampace is presenting its latest power solutions for off-road and commercial e-mobility at the EICMA trade show in Milan.

Ampace, a manufacturer of lithium battery solutions, is highlighting its latest technology for electric two-wheelers at the EICMA Milan trade show. The company is positioning its hardware to address the shift in the industry toward operational reliability rather than theoretical performance specifications.
Central to the company's display are the JP50 and EP65 cells, which incorporate tabless designs intended to improve thermal management and reduce internal resistance. These components are designed to handle high-current discharge cycles, aimed at the demands of high-performance off-road e-motorcycles. Ampace reports that its battery configurations have been tested for performance consistency across varying temperature ranges and water submersion scenarios.
Beyond high-performance leisure vehicles, the company is detailing its experience with commercial battery-swapping networks. Ampace has implemented these systems in regions including Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America, citing data from 17 million swaps over a two-year period. The firm intends to use this operational history to demonstrate the viability of its products in high-frequency, commercial environments.
