AMTD and KEB Hana Global Finance Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

AMTD Group, a Hong Kong-based financial services firm, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with KEB Hana Global Finance Limited (KHGF). The partnership aims to facilitate information and client resource sharing, as well as deepen collaboration in capital markets and advisory businesses.

The two entities will also explore new cooperation models in areas such as asset management, cross-border financial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and institutional investments. The goal is to enhance client relationships and offer a broader range of financial products and services.

KEB Hana Global Finance is the global investment banking arm of South Korea's KEB Hana Bank, which is part of the Hana Financial Group. KHGF provides fixed-income services, including underwriting, sales, investment, and brokerage.

Leveraging the extensive network of KEB Hana Bank, KHGF is also involved in multi-currency syndicated loans and bond issuances. This collaboration is expected to strengthen both firms' market presence and service capabilities.
