Amway appoints Asha Gupta to lead Asia operations
Amway has named Asha Gupta as its new regional president for Asia, while maintaining her existing role overseeing global strategy and corporate development.

Amway has announced that Asha Gupta will assume the role of regional president for Asia, a position she will hold concurrently with her duties as chief strategy and corporate development officer. Operating from Singapore, Gupta will oversee the company's regional business operations while continuing to lead long-term global strategy.
Gupta's expanded remit includes managing regional business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing acquisitions and strategic alliances. Her primary focus remains on supporting independent business owners in adapting to digital market demands and evolving consumer needs.
Before joining the company in 2020, Gupta spent 23 years at Tupperware, where she served as executive vice president and chief strategy and marketing officer. Her tenure included managing the Asia Pacific region, a role that CEO Milind Pant cited as essential experience for her new appointment, noting her expertise in navigating multi-cultural markets.
The appointment follows a sustained focus on the Asian market, which currently hosts eight of Amway’s top ten global markets. The company continues to prioritize this region as it integrates new wellness and nutrition initiatives globally.
