Amway, the world's largest direct-selling company, has named Ryan Talbott as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective August 4, 2025. Talbott succeeds Becky Smith, who had been serving as interim CTO for several months.

Talbott possesses nearly three decades of global experience across technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. His expertise encompasses digital solutions, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, analytics, and software product engineering. Previously, Talbott served as the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) for BorgWarner, where he led technology teams.

In his new role, Talbott will oversee the strategic roadmap for Amway's technology infrastructure, aiming to accelerate global growth and enhance operational efficiencies through digital solutions. He will lead a global team of over 1,000 professionals across more than 100 countries and territories, shaping Amway's social commerce strategy and enterprise platform innovation.

The company plans to leverage advanced data and analytics to provide business insights to Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and ensure an optimal customer shopping experience. Talbott will also manage strategic partnerships with leading digital and social technology platforms.
