Amway Expands Nutrilite Manufacturing in Michigan
Amway has commissioned a new solid dose tablet manufacturing line and quality control lab at its Spaulding Plant in Ada, Michigan, as part of a $75 million investment.

Amway has significantly expanded its manufacturing capabilities for its Nutrilite brand by commissioning a new solid dose tablet production line and associated quality control laboratory at its Spaulding Plant in Ada, Michigan. The launch occurred on May 6.
The investment marks the completion of a $75 million capital expenditure at the company's World Headquarters. Amway stated the upgraded Spaulding Plant represents the next generation of manufacturing, quality, and innovation in its nutrition segment, positioning the company for future growth.
The expansion involved converting 52,000 square feet of warehouse space into modern production facilities. These new areas house over 500 pieces of equipment, including V-Shell blenders and high-speed rotary tablet presses, along with a high-speed two-piece capsule filling machine.
These upgrades are intended to help Amway meet global demand and support its extensive Nutrilite product portfolio, which comprises 136 distinct formulas distributed across 60 markets worldwide.
