Amway Hosts Seminar On The Science Of Healthspan
Amway held a media seminar in Tokyo where experts discussed the scientific basis for extending healthspan, the period of life spent in good health and full function.

Global health and wellness company Amway hosted a media seminar in Tokyo focused on the science of healthspan, the period of life spent in good health and full function. The event shared recent findings on how to extend active, healthy years.
The seminar emphasized the critical role of cellular health in maintaining bodily function as people age. Emerging science suggests that the trajectory of healthspan can be influenced by targeting cellular health, with growing evidence supporting the power of plant compounds in this process.
Fourteen world-class experts, many affiliated with Amway's Scientific Advisory Board, participated. They presented research on lifestyle choices, environmental factors, and other elements affecting cellular health. The event was strategically held in Japan, a nation known for its rapidly aging population and focus on healthy aging research.
Amway President and CEO Michael Nelson stated that the annual gatherings of the Scientific Advisory Board significantly advance the company's research and innovation efforts. Collaborative work has led to discoveries such as a rosemary and ginger extract combination for cellular health and an argan plant stem cell extract to enhance skin cell function and resilience.
