Andavi Solutions acquires Infilect to integrate AI into retail execution platform
Sales automation provider Andavi Solutions has acquired Bengaluru-based Infilect to incorporate visual intelligence and agentic AI into its retail software.
New York-based Andavi Solutions has acquired Infilect, a technology firm specializing in visual intelligence and agentic AI. The acquisition aims to merge Andavi’s existing sales execution platform with Infilect's image recognition capabilities to provide real-time retail data.
Infilect’s software analyzes store shelf imagery to track pricing, stock levels, and competitor activity. By integrating this with Andavi's tools, field representatives can receive automated, actionable insights during store visits, moving away from traditional manual surveys.
Andavi CEO Nina Vellayan stated that the merger is intended to improve market visibility and streamline retail execution for consumer goods companies. Infilect co-founders Vijay Gabale and Anand Prabhu Subramanian will continue to lead their unit as the teams merge their offerings.
The companies have already begun deploying integrated solutions for customers in the beverage industry. Infilect will maintain its current product roadmap, team, and existing client commitments following the acquisition.
