Andover Properties' Storage Portfolio Surpasses 15 Million Square Feet
Andover Properties announced its Storage King USA portfolio has grown to exceed 15 million square feet and 100,000 units, solidifying its status as a major private owner in the self-storage sector.

Andover Properties, a real estate investment firm, announced on September 29, 2026, that its Storage King USA self-storage portfolio has surpassed 15 million square feet and 100,000 units. This milestone marks a significant expansion for the company, which was founded in 2003.
The achievement positions Andover Properties as one of the largest private owner-operators of self-storage facilities in the United States. The company's national portfolio now includes over 175 properties across 20 states, all operating under the Storage King USA brand.
Andover Properties operates a vertically integrated platform encompassing acquisitions, development, capital markets, and property and asset management. The firm has also expanded into other alternative real estate sectors, including car washes, small-bay industrial spaces, and manufactured housing communities.
"Reaching this milestone is a reflection of the platform we've spent more than two decades building," said CEO Brian Cohen. "We've always believed that the best way to build a durable real estate business is to stay disciplined in how we invest and continuously improve how we operate."
