The Inner Circle has recognized Andrea E. Neal for her professional contributions to literacy development and reading education. Based in Florida, Neal currently serves as an intensive reading teacher at Einstein Academy, where she specializes in providing support for students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.
Neal utilizes evidence-based strategies, including the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing Program, to help students improve phonemic awareness and decoding skills. Her approach emphasizes small-group, individualized instruction tailored to students with formal Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
Since joining Einstein Academy in 2020, Neal has focused on helping students transition from basic reading levels to grade-level proficiency.
