ANDRITZ has marked 25 years since its initial public offering on the Vienna Stock Exchange in 2001. The company, founded as an iron foundry in 1852, has since grown into an international technology group.

The IPO provided a foundation for sustained international growth and strategic investment. Since its listing, ANDRITZ has acquired approximately 95 companies, expanding its service offerings and increasing its focus on digitalisation and decarbonisation.

The group's workforce has grown sevenfold to around 30,000 employees, while revenue has increased from approximately €1 billion to nearly €8 billion. Reported EBITA has risen to approximately €700 million.

ANDRITZ also reported a share price increase of about 2,900% since its IPO, with total shareholder return, including dividends, reaching approximately 6,200%. The company's diversified business areas include Hydropower, Pulp & Paper, Metals, and Environment & Energy, positioning it to address demand in electrification and renewable energy.
