Anduril employee tender offer would value defense tech startup at $90 billion
Defense tech startup Anduril is allowing employees to sell shares through a tender offer that would value the company at approximately $90 billion. This marks a significant increase from its previous valuation.

Defense technology startup Anduril will offer employees a chance to sell company stock through a tender offer that values the firm at around $90 billion, CNBC has confirmed. Bloomberg first reported the news, citing sources familiar with the matter, and Anduril confirmed the report.
Employees participating in the offering can sell shares at $94.80 each. The offer, which opened on Oct. 13 and closes Nov. 9, is capped at $1.3 billion. Bloomberg reported that employees from 16 countries are eligible to participate.
Anduril has benefited from the growth in U.S. defense technology and President Donald Trump's initiatives to reindustrialize the military. In May, the company closed a $5 billion funding round that doubled its valuation to $61 billion.
The company recently secured a U.S. Navy shipyard contract potentially worth up to $2.9 billion. Founded in 2017, Anduril is known for its drones, augmented reality headsets, and AI software developed for the U.S. and allied governments.
