Wunderkind Award and the Hudson Valley's Top Forty Under 40 Mover & Shaker Award. These accolades acknowledge his contributions to advancing person-centered care and innovation in home healthcare, particularly for individuals managing complex aging needs like Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's disease.
The 914INC. Wunderkind Award celebrates exceptional Westchester professionals under 35 who demonstrate leadership and impact early in their careers. The Top Forty Under 40 Mover & Shaker Award highlights emerging leaders across the Hudson Valley whose achievements and community contributions are shaping the region's future.
Dalton has been instrumental in guiding Angels on Call Homecare's development of specialized care models. The organization has achieved national recognition, becoming the first healthcare provider in New York accredited in dementia care and the first homecare agency in the U.S. to earn Certified Parkinson Disease Care (CPDC) accreditation.
He also founded the "Aging in Place โ Redefined" initiative, which aims to shift the perspective on aging by focusing on dignity, purpose, and quality of life. Dalton stated that these honors underscore the importance of continually raising the standard for in-home care.
