Animal Rescue Corps rescues 86 dogs from Missouri breeding operations

Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) has assisted with the transport and care of 86 dogs rescued from two breeding operations in Missouri, in collaboration with National Mill Dog Rescue.

The operation, designated Operation Eclipse, focused on the evacuation and transfer of the animals to better conditions. ARC is a national non-profit animal protection organization that regularly supports similar rescue efforts across the United States.

The rescued dogs received initial medical attention and veterinary examinations before being transferred to National Mill Dog Rescue for ongoing care. Both organizations aim to find suitable new homes for these dogs.

ARC has previously partnered with other animal welfare groups for large-scale rescues, including a 2023 operation that saved 160 animals from a hurricane-affected region in Florida. Such efforts require substantial resources and volunteer support.
