Anixa Biosciences to Present Cancer Vaccine and Therapy Data

Anixa Biosciences is scheduled to present at the 2026 Cantor Fitzgerald Global Healthcare Conference, where it will detail progress on its breast cancer vaccine and ovarian cancer CAR-T therapy programs. The presentation will focus on recent clinical trial data and ongoing development.

Final Phase 1 data from Anixa's breast cancer vaccine trials indicate that all primary endpoints were met, demonstrating protocol-defined immune responses in 74% of participants. Preparations for the transition to Phase 2 studies are currently underway, marking a significant step in the vaccine's development pipeline.

The company is also advancing its CAR-T cell therapy for ovarian cancer, known as lira-cel. This therapy has now progressed to its highest dose level to date in the fifth cohort of patients, administered alongside lymphodepletion. This stage of the trial focuses on gathering further safety and efficacy data.
