German investment portal Anleihen Finder has documented a surge in corporate bond activity, with multiple new issuances and trading events across various sectors.

The German investment portal Anleihen Finder has reported significant activity in the corporate bond market, highlighting multiple new issuances and trading events. These activities involve companies from diverse sectors, including real estate, technology, and industry.
Notable new bond issues include the 'Traumschiff' bond from a shipping company, and a 5.85% Mittelstandsanleihe (mid-market corporate bond) from AVW Immobilien AG. IPSAK Immobilien AG has commenced its subscription period, successfully placing €30 million in just 90 minutes. Homann Holzwerkstoffe, a supplier to IKEA, has also launched a Mittelstandsanleihe, with its subscription period beginning in early December.
The market has also seen rapid subscription closures. Ekosem Agrar's €60 million bond was fully placed in under three hours, and the Stauder bond also closed its subscription period early. Other bond activities include Bank Austria's new fixed-floating rate bond and Wienwert's real estate bond.
Financial performance and credit ratings have also been in focus. Solar Millennium has announced that proceeds from a sale will be returned to creditors. In the case of BKN Biostrom's insolvency, the creditors' lawyer has alleged fraud. Creditreform has suspended the credit rating for Windreich AG, though the company's management states the issue will be resolved shortly. SIC Processing has had its credit rating downgraded.
Companies like Berentzen have issued Mittelstandsanleihen with a 6.5% annual interest rate. Meanwhile, others are working on financial statements and credit ratings, such as Windreich AG, which is addressing rating issues with Creditreform. Flexstrom has reportedly withdrawn a planned bond issuance.
