Anthropic Introduces Usage Analysis for Claude Chatbot
AI company Anthropic has launched a new "reflect" feature for its Claude chatbot. Users can now review their AI usage and analyze their interaction patterns over various timeframes.

Artificial intelligence company Anthropic has launched a new "reflect" feature for its Claude chatbot. The move follows the popularity of year-in-review features offered by other digital services, such as Spotify's Wrapped. The new functionality allows users to analyze their usage of the Claude chatbot over the past month, three months, six months, or year.
Anthropic states that the "reflect" dashboard aims to help users "see your patterns and shape them." The analysis includes a summary of key topics discussed with Claude, the types of tasks delegated to the AI, and usage patterns, including peak usage times.
This feature aims to provide users with a deeper understanding of their interactions with AI. It aligns with a broader trend in the technology industry where platforms increasingly offer users insights into their digital behaviors. As AI assistants become more prevalent, tools to understand the user-AI relationship are becoming increasingly important.
Users can access this data directly through the interface. Anthropic has not yet indicated any plans to extend this feature to other AI services they offer in the future.
