Anthropic’s Claude chatbot introduces personalized usage summary
AI company Anthropic has launched a new feature for its Claude chatbot called "Reflect," which provides users with a personalized summary of their AI interactions, similar to Spotify Wrapped.

Anthropic, the artificial intelligence company, has rolled out a new "Reflect" dashboard for its Claude chatbot. This feature offers users a personalized overview of their past interactions with the AI, presenting data on usage patterns, activity peaks, and primary tasks.
The "Reflect" dashboard, currently in beta, allows users to review their Claude usage over one, three, six, or twelve months. It is available to all Free, Pro, and Max users. Anthropic stated that the feature was developed in response to user requests to better understand how AI integrates into their daily lives. To access the feature, users must enable memory functions for their past conversations, after which the "Reflect" tab will populate with insights.
Key data points shown include the percentage of time spent on various tasks like coding or brainstorming, peak usage times during the day, the most active day of the week, and the total number of conversations. The company aims for this feature to help users improve their "AI fluency" skills, such as prompt crafting and response evaluation.
Anthropic has addressed potential privacy concerns associated with such data visualization tools. The company assures that the "Reflect" feature does not pull data from incognito chats, connected tools, or health apps, and that the insights generated are not used for any other purpose than user self-analysis.
