Antoine Fady Appointed Chairman of Guerbet's Board
Medical imaging specialist Guerbet has appointed Antoine Fady as its new Chairman of the Board. The company's annual general meeting also confirmed the appointment of three new directors representing the majority shareholder.
Villepinte, France – May 22, 2026 – Guerbet, a global specialist in contrast agents and solutions for medical imaging, announced changes to its Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting held today. Antoine Fady has been appointed as an independent director and Chairman of the Board, while three new directors representing the majority shareholder have also been confirmed.
Mr. Fady, an engineer with an MBA from INSEAD, brings extensive international executive experience from roles including CEO of Flint Group for over a decade. He also possesses significant governance experience, having served on the boards of Roquette and XSYS. "I am honored to join a group that is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, with a unique heritage and globally recognized expertise in medical imaging," said Mr. Fady.
The three new directors representing the majority shareholder are Emmanuelle Louvet, Vincent Dagommer, and Olivier Guerbet. Ms. Louvet replaces Nicolas Louvet, and Mr. Dagommer replaces Marc Massiot, whose terms expired or resigned. Mr. Olivier Guerbet also joins the board.
Guerbet's Board of Directors now comprises nine members. The company extended its gratitude to the outgoing directors, including Carine Dagommer, Hugues Lecat, Marc Massiot, and Nicolas Louvet, for their contributions.
