Apacer Technology Inc. has launched the PT230-M280 M.2 2280 SSD, a storage solution engineered for industrial and demanding environments. The drive adheres to PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 specifications, offering enhanced performance and reliability.
The new SSD utilizes 3D NAND technology, supporting capacities up to 2TB. It incorporates an LDPC ECC engine and efficient wear leveling to improve endurance and data integrity. A built-in thermal sensor and dynamic thermal throttling mechanisms ensure stable operation even under high-temperature conditions.
Apacer's PT230-M280 also features CoreGlacier technology with dual heat spreaders and Sidefill technology to mitigate the impact of vibrations and extreme temperatures. Its End-to-End Data Protection ensures data integrity throughout the transfer path, while AES encryption provides security.
Measuring M.2 2280 (22 x 80mm), the drive is suitable for industrial, imaging, computing, and enterprise markets requiring high speed and dependable storage.
