Apple Announces iPhone 18 Pro Models With Price Increases
Apple has unveiled its new iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max smartphones, increasing prices by $100 compared to previous generations. A foldable iPhone Duo is slated for later release.
Apple has announced its latest flagship smartphones, the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, with sales set to begin on September 18th. Preorders will open on Saturday, September 12th.
The new 6.3-inch iPhone 18 Pro will start at $1,199, a $100 increase from the previous year's model. The larger 6.9-inch iPhone 18 Pro Max will be priced at $1,299, also a $100 jump.
The company's release schedule continues in October with the foldable iPhone Duo, priced at $1,999. Apple has not yet confirmed the launch date for the base iPhone 18 model.
The unveiling of the 2026 flagship models falls within the usual autumn release window, but Apple's release cadence appears unusual this year compared to prior September launches.
