Apple's leadership has marked the 15th anniversary of the passing of its co-founder, Steve Jobs. On October 5, both current executive John Ternus and former CEO Tim Cook released personal messages to honor Jobs' memory.

John Ternus, head of hardware engineering at Apple, highlighted Jobs' enduring influence on the company's operational philosophy. "The way Steve taught us to care about every detail, every experience, and every person still guides our work today. Forever grateful," Ternus stated.

Tim Cook, who succeeded Jobs as CEO, reflected on his profound impact. "There are people who leave a mark on the world, and then there are people who change it entirely. Steve changed the world and so many lives in the process. He certainly changed my life forever," Cook said. He added that Jobs' spirit remains alive in his creations and in those he inspired.

Steve Jobs, born in 1955, died of pancreatic cancer on October 5, 2011. He co-founded Apple in 1976 at the age of 21 with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. His vision and leadership significantly shaped the technology industry and consumer electronics market.
