Apple forecasts record 158 billion dollar revenue for Q1 2027
Apple expects to reach 158.18 billion dollars in revenue for its first fiscal quarter of 2027, marking a potential 10 percent increase year-over-year.
Apple Chief Financial Officer Kevan Parekh has projected that the company's first fiscal quarter of 2027 will see revenue reach 158.18 billion dollars. This guidance, if achieved, would establish a new quarterly revenue record for the technology firm, representing growth of 7 to 10 percent.
The October-to-December period remains Apple's strongest financial window due to holiday seasonal demand. The company anticipates that both hardware sales and its high-margin services division—expected to grow by 8 to 9 percent—will serve as the primary growth drivers.
However, Apple faces mounting pressure on its gross margins, which are forecasted to land between 45 and 46 percent. The company attributed this tightening to rising memory component costs and ongoing capital investments in artificial intelligence capabilities for its Siri assistant. Operational expenses for the quarter are estimated to fall between 20.4 and 20.8 billion dollars.
