Apple iPhone Duo sales reach 124,600 units in opening days
Apple's first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, recorded sales of approximately 124,600 units during its first three days of availability.
Market tracking data indicates that Apple's newly released iPhone Duo sold roughly 124,600 units between October 19 and October 25. As the device officially hit the market on October 23, these figures reflect sales performance over a three-day period.
The iPhone Duo, which carries a starting price of 15,999 yuan, represents Apple's entry into the foldable smartphone segment. The hardware features a large internal foldable display alongside a 5.4-inch external screen, positioning it as a distinct offering within the company's current product lineup.
Industry analysts at TrendForce estimate that total shipments for the iPhone Duo could reach five million units by the end of 2026. If these estimates hold, the device would account for nearly a quarter of the global foldable smartphone market share within its first year of release.
