Leaked pricing information from mobile carrier Vodafone suggests that Apple's anticipated foldable device, the iPhone Ultra, could carry a significant premium over current models. Reports indicate the iPhone Ultra's price might range from 1.7 to 1.8 times that of the iPhone 17 Pro.
In Egypt, a temporary listing on Vodafone's site showed the iPhone Ultra priced at 155,750 Egyptian pounds. For comparison, the current iPhone 17 Pro sells for 88,799 Egyptian pounds, indicating a price increase of approximately 70%.
Similar leaked data from Vodafone in Australia indicated a starting price of 3,699 Australian dollars for the iPhone Ultra, compared to 1,999 Australian dollars for the iPhone 17 Pro. This suggests a price difference of around 80%.
Based on these figures, the estimated starting retail price for the iPhone Ultra in the United States could be approximately $1,999. Additionally, the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max models are projected to be about 10-11% more expensive than the iPhone 17 Pro series.
