Apple to Announce Q3 Earnings on July 30
Apple has announced it will release its third fiscal quarter financial results for 2026 on July 30. This marks Tim Cook's final earnings call as CEO before his transition to Executive Chairman.

Apple has announced that it will report its financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2026 on Wednesday, July 30. This announcement comes at a significant time for the company, as it will be Tim Cook's last earnings call in his capacity as CEO.
During its second fiscal quarter earnings call, Apple projected that its third quarter revenue would grow between 14% and 17% year-over-year, even with potential supply constraints. The company's estimated gross margin is expected to be between 47.5% and 48.5%.
Tim Cook is set to transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board on September 1, 2026. John Ternus, currently Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, will succeed Cook as CEO of the company.
The company also adjusted pricing for 14 products, including iPads and Mac computers, earlier in June. These price changes may influence the upcoming financial statements.
