Apple to stream Friday Night Baseball live on Vision Pro

Apple is set to stream "Friday Night Baseball" games in immersive video through its Apple Vision Pro headset, beginning August 28th. The streams will feature commentary from analysts and reporters, with live graphics integrated into the viewer's space.

Following the conclusion of each game, replays will be made available within the Apple TV app. This expansion into live sports broadcasting marks a new offering for the headset's immersive content library.

Last year, Apple experimented with streaming live NBA games to the Vision Pro, aiming to attract basketball fans. The addition of baseball content signifies a continued effort to broaden the appeal of its immersive experiences.

Other immersive content available on the Vision Pro includes experiences such as parkour in Paris and an Alicia Keys rehearsal, highlighting Apple's investment in developing virtual reality content.
